I came to Yoga quite unexpectedly some time ago. I was in need of a stress reducer when the universe provided a possible solution. Those early classes highlighted how relaxed and good I felt after spending time on a yoga mat – I wanted more. I continue to be thrilled and amazed by the practice and how it has positively impacted my life.
Always interested in exploring the world around me, I’ve noticed the way I’ve taught classes has changed over time, while the core of my teachings has remained steadfast. I wish that all of my students would experience the joys of a solid core, flexibility, strength and balance.
